3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the atas99 platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. atas99 operates a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. If we discover that a Member is under 21, the account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any account balance may be forfeited.
3.2 One Account Policy. Each individual natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) atas99 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. atas99 reserves the right to merge duplicate accounts, close additional accounts, and forfeit all bonuses and winnings associated with any duplicate account.
3.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. You must notify atas99 promptly of any change to your registered details. atas99 is not liable for any consequence arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.4 Geographic Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the atas99 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. atas99 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions through the use of VPN services, proxies, or similar technologies is a breach of these Terms.
3.5 KYC Verification. atas99 requires identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. Members may be required to submit valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your atas99 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 You must notify atas99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. atas99 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
4.3 atas99 will never request your password through any communication channel, including live chat or email. Any communication claiming to be from atas99 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team.
4.4 atas99 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional security measure. The availability of 2FA does not diminish your personal responsibility for account security.
5.1 Accepted Methods. atas99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. All transactions are denominated in MYR.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM20 for e-wallet methods and RM30 for direct bank transfer. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page at time of request.
5.3 Withdrawal to Verified Accounts Only. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. atas99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not associated with the KYC-verified identity.
5.4 Processing Times. atas99 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the platform. Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment method used. atas99 is not liable for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. atas99 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to request additional documentation for transactions that trigger our internal monitoring thresholds, and to delay or decline transactions pending investigation.
6.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by atas99 are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, qualifying games, and expiry dates. These promotion-specific terms form part of these Terms & Conditions and must be read in conjunction with them.
6.2 Bonuses are credited in MYR to your account balance or designated bonus balance as specified in the promotion. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
6.3 atas99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to a Member's account will not be removed retroactively unless evidence of bonus abuse is identified.
6.4 Bonus abuse — defined as activity intended to exploit bonus terms for guaranteed profit without genuine wagering intent — is strictly prohibited. atas99 reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
7.1 All wagers placed on atas99 are subject to the specific rules of each game or betting market, which are displayed within the game interface or sportsbook market. Game-specific rules supplement these Terms and take precedence over these Terms in the event of a conflict specific to game operation.
7.2 atas99 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all electronic casino games. Live casino games are operated by third-party providers and governed by their documented procedures. All results are final once confirmed by the system.
7.3 For sportsbook wagers, atas99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been cancelled, significantly altered, or suspended before the relevant outcome has been determined. Void bets are refunded to the Member's wallet balance.
7.4 atas99 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any wager at its discretion, including where technical errors, odds errors, or other exceptional circumstances have occurred.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, atas99 excludes all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the platform and your use of it.
12.2 atas99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
12.3 atas99's total liability to you for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of the action, will not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your atas99 account in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
atas99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notification of material changes will be provided via email to the registered address or via a notice displayed on the platform. Your continued use of the atas99 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any available balance before the amendment takes effect.
14.1 In the event of a dispute between you and atas99 arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes are resolved promptly through this channel.
14.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction under which atas99 is licensed. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
14.3 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction. By using the atas99 platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for the resolution of any dispute not subject to arbitration under clause 14.2.
15.1 You may close your atas99 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any available balance (net of any outstanding wagers or withheld amounts) will be returned to your verified payment method.
15.2 atas99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, or for any other reason that atas99 considers to constitute unacceptable risk. Where closure results from breach, atas99 may withhold the account balance pending investigation.
15.3 Sections 8, 10, 12, 14, and 15.2 of these Terms survive the termination or closure of your atas99 account.
